Lake George Schroon Valley Resort Guest Comments

I just wanted to let you know that going to Lake George was my family’s best vacation ever. I felt very comfortable letting the kids wander around the resort on their own. They enjoyed the basketball court, the pool and the arcade. The wagon ride I think was a wonderful extra to get all of the kids together. New York on the whole has got to be one of the cleanest places I have ever visited, your resort included. I will suggest your place to all of my friends and family, and if we are back that way we will stay with you for sure.

I am not one to review campgrounds often, but I have to rave about Lake George Schroon Valley Resort. CLEAN is the best way to describe it … spotless! The staff was friendly and let us change our site at the last minute to gain privacy. Despite a very rainy weekend, we found the campsite in our top three ever … we camped riverfront with a pop-up. The site was large, and we found the river noise very soothing. The site was worth every penny. I wish every campground we’ve stayed in were as attentive to detail. Thanks for a great trip!

I want to thank you for the wonderful time we had on our family reunion at your campground from July 21-28. The amenities were perfect. All the kids (and the adults, too) loved tubing down the river. It was a very relaxing and peaceful week. All your efforts in helping to arrange the sites were very much appreciated. The families that weren’t able to come were disappointed when we told them how much fun we had!

We were fortunate to choose your lovely campground for reservations this month. We arrived on May 15 and checked out on May 20, 2007. The Woodall’s write up could not nearly describe what a nice campground you have, or the pleasant people we met and talked with. Please be assured, if we head to NY again, we will make reservations at your campground. Thanks for making part of our vacation so good.

Our first experience staying at your campground was very good. We rented one of your cabins, and we were surprised at how clean it was when we got there.
