PREMIUM RIVER VIEW SITES |
|
Premium River View Sites feature an
upgraded fire ring with an adjustable grate, a free standing BBQ
grill, & a park bench to enjoy your river view.
• Site 62 - End site with a panoramic view of the
river (tents and pop-ups only)
• Site 67 - Terraced view of the river
• Site 69 - Overlooks river at river park
• Site 69A - Secluded site at river’s edge (tents and pop-ups
only)

INFORMATION |

• The primary occupants of any campsite
must be adults over the age of 21.
• Rates are based on the first two persons. Additional
charges apply, and will be added to your daily rate, for more than 2
adults, children, tents (on an RV site), and 50 amp service.
• Holidays: Memorial and Labor Day, minimum 3 day reservation plus $15.00.
July 4th, minimum 4 day reservation plus $20.00. Payment in full required two weeks prior to arrival.
• Weekly Rate - Summer Dates Only: Camp 7 nights and your 7th
night is free.
• Rates: Based on one camping unit and two vehicles.
• Limit: 6 persons with children per site; 4 adults
per site.
• Children: 5 years and under, free.
• Pets: Welcome, except attack breeds. Must be kept on a short
leash, pick up after them, assure their quietness and always attended. Vaccination papers
required. Tent campers and visitors may not bring pets.
• Visitors Policy: Must check-in at the
office. May arrive between 9:00AM - 8:00PM. Check-out by 11:00PM. Visitors may not bring pets.
• Refund Policy: No refunds for early departure.
• Rates / Policies: Subject to change without notice.

| RESERVATION POLICY |
|
• Deposits: A minimum one night is required to
guarantee your reservation. Deposits must be received within 7 days from the reservation
date. Visa, MasterCard, travelers check, or personal check are accepted. Reservations
without deposit are subject to cancellation.
• Reservation Changes: Subject to a $5.00
handling fee.
• We cannot always guarantee a specific site. If a change is
necessary, we will reserve a site in the same area.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
• Non-Holidays: Refund with a 7 day notification.
• Holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, refund with a 14
day notification.
• Cancellations subject to a $10.00 handling fee. |

One Room with Porch: Double size bed with overhead bunk, bunk bed, work island
table with bar stools, dorm size refrigerator, microwave oven, air conditioning, heater, and two outside
chairs. No kitchen or bathroom.
• Two Rooms with Porch: Separate bedroom with double size bed, bunk
beds, living room with futon sofa, dinette with chairs, air conditioning, heater, dorm

• 27 ft. Trailer & 30 ft. Trailer with slide-out: Master
bedroom with a queen size bed, double bunk in rear, bathroom, dining and living room, full
kitchen with appliances, coffee maker, pots / pans, dishware / utensils, a/c & heater,
stereo, combo VCR / TV, awning, and two outdoor chairs.
• 35 ft. Trailer with slide-out: Master bedroom with queen size bed,
bunk bed in rear with dinette, garden tub bathroom, dining and living room, full kitchen
with appliances, coffee maker, pots / pans, dishware / utensils, a/c & heater, stereo,
combo VCR / TV, awning, and two outdoor chairs.

Just bring your own bedding and linens.

Our
Rental Units are Housekeeping Units and require cleaning before departure.
Cleaning supplies are provided. A $40 refundable cleaning deposit is required.
